after coronavirus, jolly mannequins gets back to start mannequins production

after long time waiting， jolly mannequins just gets the persimmisson from administritive goverment that we could start our mannequins production from this week.

cause of the influence of the coronavirus, we could not have our full production capacity of the mannequins from the start.

some of our workers still can't come back up to their  town's control policy.

but at least, we could do something for the mannequins orders.

for the clients who have urgent orders, we already put on our priority production list.
