Golf is the NOW booming business in Korea.
It’s not only a sport for the Korean people but is starting to be a life style.
On TV, there are more than 5 channels which have the Golf games LIVE at the same time.
They have professional Tv shows to teach you how to play the golf which we would never see this in China.
As a mannequins manufacturer, we are also curious about how they design their favorite sport equipment stores with the mannequins.
With the chance to visit Jeju island, we do have some ideas.
Comparing with the huge enthusiasm on the golf, the golf related stores are not that good enough.
On the street, maybe 100m, you could see a golf equipment store. they sell the clothing for golf, the equipment, the shoes, everything you want to have for golf, they have the stores for you.
Some stores, they use average mannequins which are even not for sport use.
Some branded stores, they use the dull and old times design golf playing mannequins which don’t have enough sport element from the mannequins body.
Or even if they use some nice pose golf playing mannequins, the mannequins are not well dressed as the Europeans do.
Actually we all know that it’s not only the Korean thing, or the Golf mannequins thing, it’s the level of the Asia window design or store visual situation.
Asian retail market needs big improvement on the Visual design not only for the Golf but for all.
